Hello Everybody, Soda Here (Now Aero)!
Wow, I’ve been on a journey this past week! Last week I had to leave the home I was in right away. Luckily, the Zone 1 Coordinator’s son and family picked me up and I spent the last 6 days with them. I had a lot of fun playing with their 2- & 4-year-old children - I am really sweet with kids 🙂.
Today was my day to go to my foster-to-adopt home. Three different people helped in my transport to my rendezvous’ destination with my foster-to-adopt person and her son. I got to my new home this afternoon and have been playing hard with their girl, Aby (a RR) and their son’s Vizsla puppy Angus who is visiting. I even got introduced to cows - some pretty strange creatures I have to say, I am sure with time I will get used to them.
The great topper to this story is that my foster-to-adopt family already adopted me, and I’ve only been there for several hours! Can you believe that? So, I am already in my forever home - what a lucky guy I am 😍!
My new mom and dad are Pamela and Bryan. I have a 6.5 acre fenced in yard to run and play - I cannot tell you all how happy I am ❤️. Thank you to TBVC Rescue for helping me get here and the people that helped to make this happen: Shannon & Ian Towne for fostering me until I could start my journey today. Shannon and her mom, Leslie drove me to my first leg of my trip. Lisa Durham drove me on my second leg to meet up with Jean Matmor who then took me to her home where I finally got to meet my new forever home mom and her son. Special thanks to Nicole Dussault, TBVC Executive Rescue Coordinator for her expert help in collaborating with Sue Towne, TBVC Zone 1 Rescue Coordinator get this done. It takes a village working together and TBVC Rescue has the best village around.
